Parallax scrolling8/27/2023 Click the Delete button at the bottom of the Layers panel or press the Delete key.Layers listed higher appear in front of lower-listed layers. The order of the layers determines which layers display in front of each other. In the Layers panel, drag a layer to its new position in the list. Otherwise, the new image uses its natural dimensions. If you previously resized the image that you swapped out, the new image also uses the resized dimensions. The new image replaces the original image. Select an image from the Library, or click the Import files button to select an image file from your computer.Right-click the image on the stage that you want to swap out and select Swap image.Switch to another tab to adjust the layer's position at another point in the animation. Use the Match start position, Match middle position, or Match end position buttons to copy the other position. You can only edit the properties that match the current tab. Set the Start, Middle, or End position properties on the Layer properties tab. ![]() Hold the Shift key while pressing an arrow key to move the layer 10 pixels in that direction. Use the arrow keys to move the layer one pixel at a time.Position the layer, using one of the following methods:.(You can add a middle state if you haven't done so already.) Layers in the Parallax component must be images. Click the Add images button at the bottom of the Layers panel.Drag a file from your file system (Mac or Windows only) or from the Library to the stage or the Layers panel.To configure the component, double-click it on the stage, or select it and click Settingsā¦ in the Properties panel. You'll return to the normal Google Web Designer interface. When you're satisfied with the component (you can preview it as you work on it), click Save.Set additional configuration options as needed.You can also add a middle state by hovering to the right of the Start tab and clicking the button. You can drag the layer to where you want it, or use the Start and End position fields in the Properties panel. ![]()
